We source NEW products from distribution warehouses nationwide for fast delivery. Do I call the manufacturer for support? NO! ACE Solutions SUPPORTS all products we sell, so no need to call the manufacturer. Simply call the ACE tech line at 877-595-4ACE (4223), we are here to help. How are returns handled? If you are unsure about the product please CALL us at 888-595-2231 before ordering. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. We prefer to NOT charge this so please call. When will my card be charged? Because we ship fast (usually same day) the site will authorize and charge the card the same day. A copy of your invoice with serial and tracking numbers will be emailed the next day for your records.
